Join our Veterinarian, Dr. Carla Rodriguez DVM, at our foster training where you will learn how to properly care for kittens, puppies, and sick/injured pets. Training will take place on Saturday, January 20th at 2PM at Valley Oak SPCA's NEW adoption facility located at 9800 Camp Drive, Visalia, CA (behind Lampe Dodge & Visalia BMW). 

Training is highly encouraged for ALL current foster volunteers and is required for new foster volunteers.
